Berlin, February 2026: NursIT presents CareIT X and invites journalists and hospital professionals to its booth at DMEA 2026 to experience live how modern healthcare is created. The careIT X platform forms the strategic foundation for innovations that make clinics fit for the future, technologically, organizationally and also in terms of eligibility for funding.
DMEA, Berlin, April 21-23, 2026, Hall 3.2 Stand D-103
careIT X is the technological foundation for benefit-oriented clinic digitalization, with an integrated, FHIR-based Clinical Data Repository (CDR) at its core. It is a platform on which nursing, medical and therapeutic documentation can be used systematically. It functions as a common level on which structured data, clinical processes, classic application elements such as dashboards and forms as well as AI agents interact in an orchestrated manner. careIT X is designed as a clinical AI agent system (KAAS), data is processed interoperably according to HL7® FHIR® and is immediately available at the point of care for a wide range of uses.
At the same time, careIT X also takes strategic aspects such as the revenue relevance of documentation into account. Based on documented diagnoses and derived ICD codes, the system provides information on potentially billing-relevant care measures.
Heiko Mania, Managing Director of nursIT-Institute
The platform acts as an orchestrating unit on which AI systems such as careIT Voice and careIT Vibe are already integrated. This provides the structural framework for further AI and future developments, including from other manufacturers.
With careIT Voice, healthcare professionals document directly in the respective care context by voice and in real time. The content is automatically structured, processed as FHIR data and is immediately available throughout the entire care process, without media discontinuity or post-processing.
With careIT Vibe, healthcare professionals can describe in natural language which application or logic they need. For example, a nurse can say: "Create a dashboard for my diabetes patients." Similarly, a doctor can define a specific anamnesis overview or a therapist can create a progress form for rehabilitation measures. careIT Vibe generates structured forms, evaluations and overviews without the need for traditional development processes. This allows specialist staff to create digital modules, forms, evaluations, reports and widgets, so-called Vibe apps, using voice or text input.
Stoyan Halkaliev, Managing Director of nursIT Institute
From 2025, the Hospital Transformation Fund (KHTF) will provide extensive funding of up to 50 billion for structural modernization and digitalization. In particular, projects for cross-sector networking, digital infrastructure and process optimization are eligible for funding.
careIT X is designed in such a way that platform architecture, interoperability and data standardization are logically connectable from the outset. At the stand, nursIT will be demonstrating how digitalization projects can be strategically integrated into funding applications.
NursIT invites you to try out careIT X, careIT Voice and careIT Vibe live at the stand.
Clinical staff can
- describe their own clinical use cases from nursing, medicine or therapy and submit them in advance
- follow live on site how professional group-specific applications are created from them
- discuss the technical background to FHIR, interoperability and data architecture
- discuss specific funding issues in the context of hospital reform
Journalists are cordially invited to motivate hospital teams in their reports and invite them to try out careIT Vibe for themselves and contribute their own ideas.
Feel the Vibe.
